1. How do I register as a player on
Edo Lottery platform?

  • Visit www.edolottery.com.
  • Click on the Top right Icon (menu).
  • Select "Register".
  • Fill the Sign-up form accurately and click "Sign Up".
  • After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation message.
  • NB: Your personal details must be correct.

2. Do I need to register before I
can play?

Yes, you need to have an account registered. Unregistered users only have access to the Demo games.(practice)

3. How can I start using the
platform?

Visit our website www.edolottery.com and log in with your account information. Click on the top right icon(menu). Select the gaming category you wish to play (lotto, e-Games or Live games).
For Lotto: the following are the playing procedure.
  • Select Lotto
  • Select the game for the day that you wish to play e.g (jackpot, supreme, street champion, e.t.c)
  • Select Stake category (Direct or Perm)
  • Select Stake type (Perm 2, Perm 3, e.t.c)
  • Select Stake chance (winning or machine numbers)
  • Pick your choiced numbers
  • Select the amount you wish to stake with
  • Click "Order"
Please note that your staker's wallet must be sufficiently funded to play.
For other games:
Simply Select "PLAY NOW" of your choiced game.

4. How do I fund my online
wallet?

  • Log in to your online wallet
  • Click on the top left menu icon and select "Deposit Funds".
  • Enter the desired amount.
  • Under the payment processor, select the choiced mode of deposit.
  • Click on "Deposit Funds".
  • The player gets an email alert of the deposit and the online wallet would be funded immediately.
What is the minimum and maximum deposit amount with Debit Card?
The minimum deposit amount is NGN 100.
The maximum deposit amount is NGN 100,000

Are they any fees when depositing?
No, there is no fee when depositing funds into your online wallet.

Can I use my international card?
International cards cannot be used for the online payments.
Only Nigerian Debit Cards can be used to fund your wallet online.

Where can I view information about my previous transactions?
  • Login to your account
  • Click on the top left icon (settings)
  • Click info and select "Transactions"
  • Select the start and end date of the transactions you wish to view
  • Click Search
Your account statement records the transactions you have made previously such as bets placed, your deposits or withdrawals and your wallet balance.

5. What can I do if I forget my
password?

  • Visit www.edolottery.com
  • Click on the Top right Icon (menu).
  • Select "Login"
  • Click "Forgot Password"
  • Fill the required field
  • Click Submit

6. How can I change the
password?

To change the password, access the platform with the username and password, select "My Profile" and then "Password/Pin". Enter the old password and the new one in the fields provided.

7. How long does it take to play
a Game?

It takes less than 2 minutes to complete the playing cycle.

8. How do i become an
agent?

  • Go to edolottery.com
  • Click on the Top right Icon (Menu)
  • Click on "Agency Networks"
  • Afterwards you will be contacted by a customer care representative
Note:
There is a signup fee of NGN 5000.
You must have identified densely populated locations for your agent's placements
Your agents must operate from a secured location to avoid operational disruptions or theft.

10. How can I collect my
winnings?

  • Login to your account
  • Click on the top left icon (settings)
  • Select "Withdraw Funds "
  • Enter the desired amount and click "withdraw"
  • Withdrawals via bank transfer take up to 24 hours after authorization and are only actioned during banking hours
Are there any fees when withdrawing?
No,there are no extra fees. Withdrawals are FREE

How often is my winning balance updated?
Your winning balance is updated immediately after every transaction is completed.

When will I get paid my winnings?
Your winnings will be paid into your account within 24 hours after your winning is confirmed.

11. How long do I have to
claim my winning?

For retail customers, you have 7 days to make a claim, after this time your ticket will be void and the money will be donated to charities and other good cause.

For online customers, all winning from the online platform will be directly deposited into your online wallet or so you don't need to worry about the 7-day deadline.

12. What sort of games does
edo lottery offer?
